Tenders are invited for Consultant for Civil work Design, BOQ & Site Inspection. MSIC plan to renovate and refurb Clinic in Kampong Speu (CKS). The facility will support both women and men in accessing high-quality, respectful healthcare services they deserve. MSIC requires a qualified Civil Engineer / Architect / Consultant to prepare detailed engineering designs, compile complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with architectural specifications, and oversee construction/refurbishment works on site. II. Objective of the Consultancy The overall objective of this consultancy is to ensure that the Civil Works Design, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Construction Supervision of the CKS Clinic are executed with standard quality, within budget, and in full compliance with Cambodian construction standards and medical facility safety protocols, The consultant will: 1. Review renovation specifications and prepare detailed architectural/engineering drawings and standard BOQ. 2. Provide technical support to MSIC in the evaluation and selection of contractors. 3. Provide quality assurance, site inspection, and supervisory management throughout the construction phase. 4. Prepare and submit weekly site progress to Manager/Committee. 5. Construction Supervision & Quality Control. 6. Conduct final Inspection based on the final punch-list.
