This Consultation Concerns: Maintenance And Work Services For Elevators Owned By M2a Habitat The Framework Agreement Includes: - Permanent Fixed-Rate Services For Maintenance And Work On Elevators. - One-Off Services Which Are Planned And Intended For Repairs Other Than Complete Maintenance. These Services Are Subject To Purchase Orders With A Maximum. The Contracting Authority May Issue Purchase Orders Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Execution Or Delivery Times Of The Services Are Set For Each Purchase Order In Accordance With The Stipulations Of The Documents Of The Framework Agreement. Services May Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Including Public Holidays. Places Of Execution: Mulhouse And Its Surrounding Area. This Consultation Will Be The Subject Of A “Composite” Framework Agreement Concluded With A Single Economic Operator, Comprising A Part Treated In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract, And A Part Treated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The “Ordinary Market” Part Concerns The Following Services: Maintenance And Work On Elevators. The “Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders” Part Corresponds To A Framework Agreement With A Maximum, Entered Into In Application Of The Public Procurement Code, Which Sets The Conditions For Execution Of Services And Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued. It Concerns The Following Services: Repairs Excluding Complete Maintenance. The Amount Of Services For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Defined As Follows: €700,000.00 Excluding Tax. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Total Maximum Orders, All Periods Combined, Is Therefore Defined As Follows: €2,800,000.00 Excluding Tax. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Need For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, For Both Parties Combined, Is €3,600,000.00.
