The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Design Service Including: 1) Preparation Of An Architectural, Construction, Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Premises Covered By The Study, Including In Particular An Inventory Of Elements Subject To Conservation Protection, 2) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Architectural Concept, Conservation Work Program, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design Along With Industry Designs, Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb, Information Bioz),3) Preparing A List Of Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Included In This Documentation,4) Obtaining On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including Decisions On A Building Permit,5) Performing Authors Supervision In All Industries Covered By The Design Documentation Throughout The Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works, Until The Final Acceptance Of The Investment. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Prepare A Full Design And Formal And Legal Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works Involving Adaptation The Attic Of The 5Th Floor Of The Western Wing Of The Historic Main Building Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology For Scientific And Research Purposes (Laboratories, Seminar Room, Communication, Auxiliary Rooms), And Then Ensuring Compliance Of The Works With The Documentation Through Authors Supervision.2.The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Providing Explanations Regarding Documentation, In Particular During The Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract For Construction Works.3.Exercising Authors Supervision And Providing Explanations Regarding The Documentation, Including In The Course Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Works, Will Take Place For A Total Period Of A Maximum Of 48 Months From The Signing Of The Contract, However, The Authors Supervision Will Begin With The Commencement Of Construction Works For The Investment And Will End With Their Completion Or After 48 Months From Signing The Contract - Whichever Comes First.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 4 To Swz.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Accessibility Of The Designed Rooms For All Users, As Referred To In Art. 100 Paragraph 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
