The Contractor Will Provide At Least 36 Months Warranty For The Works Performed And The Devices Installed. The Warranty Period In Months Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Answers Provided By The Ordering Party To The Questions Submitted By The Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Valuation. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent.
