It Will Consist In:• Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Electricity Storage For The Needs Of: Municipal Center For Culture And Recreation, Koszarawa 133.• Energy Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Center For Culture And Tourism For The Needs Of Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water. In The Building At 133 Koszarawa. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Boiler Room In A Bivalent Hybrid System With A 100 Kw Pellet Boiler As The Peak Source And A 50 Kw Monoblock Air Heat Pump (A0w55) As The Primary Source. Additional Information: The Photovoltaic Installation Constituting The Subject Of This Project Will Be Equipped With A System For Monitoring Electricity Production. The Photovoltaic Installation Will Operate In An On-Grid System, Producing Energy For The Facility Where It Will Be Installed. Its Integral Element Will Be A Bidirectional Counter, Providing The Possibility Of Monitoring/Verifying The Amount Of Energy Produced. The Inverter, Which Is Part Of The Installation, Will Have An Additional Meter For The Energy Produced (Remote Monitoring Of The Inverter Will Enable A Collective View Of The Installations Operating Parameters). A Similar Situation Will Occur In The Case Of A Heat Pump, Which Will Also Be Equipped With A System For Monitoring The Production Of Thermal Energy. The Monitoring System Will Enable Data Transmission Via The Internet, As Well As Constant Supervision Over The Operation Of Devices. The Minimum Scope Of Data Transferred As Part Of The Monitoring Will Include: The Amount Of Energy Produced And The Operating Parameters Of The Devices. The Monitoring System Should Enable Data To Be Transferred To The Target Central Energy Management System.
