The Subject Of The Investment Is A Project Involving The Expansion Of The Water Supply Network In Fałkowo Dz. No. 108/4, 169. The Task Includes The Following Works: A) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection - Pvc Pn10 With A Diameter Of 110X4.2 Mm Or Pe Sdr 17Pn 110X6.6 - Approx. 929.00 M. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Proper Reconstruction Of The Surface Made Of Crushed Stone With A Layer Thickness Of 10 Cm After Compacting On A Surface Of Approx. 1,858 M2. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In The Gniezno Poviat, In The Łubowo Commune. Due To The Lump-Sum Settlement, When Estimating The Price, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account All Elements Of The Implementation Process, Including: Organizing The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Providing Ongoing Surveying And Archaeological Services, Marking And Securing The Site. Construction, Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Acceptances And Completing Documentation Covering The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Preparing An As-Built Survey Of The Project Together With An As-Built Surveying Inventory, Accepted Into The Geodetic Resource, Tidying Up The Construction Site After Completion Of The Works No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance, Preparing A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Preparing Complete Acceptance Documentation Enabling Obtaining A Certificate From Pinb In Gniezno On The Possibility Of Using The Facility (If Required), Etc.. Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Ordering Party In Order To Have The Investment Accepted By Pinb In Gniezno (If Required). Pursuant To § 4 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, It Includes, Among Others: Construction Design In The Scope That Takes Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities, Which In Fact Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer Cost Estimate. It Should Be Borne In Mind That The Bill Of Quantities Is A Secondary Study In Relation To The Construction Design Or Stwiorb And Plays A Different Role Than The Above-Mentioned Documents. Pursuant To § 6 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, It Should Be Assumed That The Essence Of The Bill Of Quantities Is To Present The Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform (With An Indication Of The Bill Of Quantities Units), Which Is Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Labor Intensity And, Above All, The Costs Of Carrying Out The Construction Works Included In It.
