The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design Works And Construction Works (Design, Execution, Commissioning) In The Design And Build System For The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Łosice - Sietopiakownik. The Task Includes The Modernization Of The Mechanical Sewage Pre-Treatment Installation Along With The Adaptation Of The Building To The New Installation And The Modernization Of The Gratings And Sand Trap Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Work That Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Tender Documentation, Observing The Provisions Of The Law, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, In Order To Obtain The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Individual Components Should Be Made Of Materials And Construction Products That Comply With Polish Standards Or Have Technical Assessment Cards Issued On The Basis Of Tests Carried Out By Authorized Certification Bodies. Materials And Products That Do Not Have Markings Confirming That The Material Has Been Approved For Marketing Should Not Be Allowed To Be Incorporated.
