Herbert, As Part Of A Project To Change The Development Of Plots For Green Areas In The City Of Ząbki. The Area Is Located On Plot No. 7 And Part Of Plots No. 8/4, 19, 20/4, 46/9, 46/10, Registration District 03-33; Teeth; Ząbki Commune, Wołomiński Poviat. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm).2.Implementation Of The Order In Question As Part Of The Project Entitled Biocenotic Garden In The City Of Ząbki Called Little Homeland, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority: Ii: European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia Measures: 2.7 Biodiversity Of The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program. In 2025, The City Of Ząbki Concluded A Co-Financing Agreement No. Fema.02.07-Ip.01-02Em/24-00. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation And Building Permit, 2) Handing Over To The Ordering Party The Properly Completed Subject Of The Contract In Its Entirety, 3) Completing And Handing Over To The Ordering Party As-Built Documentation, As Well As Other Documents Subject To Handing Over, As Well As Warranty Documents, 4) Informing About The Completion Of Construction Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection. 4. The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 1A To The Swz, - Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 1B To The Swz, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 1C To The Swz.5.Principles Of Equivalence Of Solutions: If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals And Reference Systems Appear In The Content Of The Swz, Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party To Be Achieved Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features.
