The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Reconstruction Of Existing Hospital Premises For The Needs Of Imaging Diagnostics, Including A Computed Tomography Laboratory, An X-Ray Laboratory, Accompanying Rooms And Technical Infrastructure, Along With The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Integration Of A New Computed Tomography Scanner And Equipment Specified In The Order Documents. The Order Includes, In Particular, The Preparation Of Complete Design And Implementation Documentation, Obtaining Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits - If Required - Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment, Tests, Measurements, Commissioning And As-Built And Acceptance Documentation. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Hospital Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Work In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Hospitals Operations, The Safety Of Patients And Staff, And Reduces Nuisance To The Necessary Minimum.
