Kościelna 32 In Świdnica As Part Of The Project Entitled Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of Three Public Buildings In The Świdnica District Serving Educational Functions Co-Financed By The European Funds Operational Program For Lower Silesia 2021-2027; Priority: European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia; Action: Environmental Transformation; Scheme Feds.9.5 B Renovation Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Public Infrastructure Buildings, Divided Into The Following Tasks: Task No. 1: Thermal Modernization Of The Main Building Iii Lo Description Of Work: Task No. 1: Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of Task No. 1 (Main Building) Include, Among Others: (Construction Works) 1) Removal Of Cracked And Loose Plasters And Their Supplementation. 2) Washing, Cleaning, Impregnation, Priming And Covering The Wall Surfaces With A Thermal Insulating Coating. 3) Pressure Injection Of Basement Walls And A New Strip. 4) Repair Of Manholes Near Basement Windows. 5) Disassembly Of Grates And Replacement Of Parts Of Window Joinery, 6) Renovation Of External Doors, 7) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings On Cornices, Window Sills, Etc. 8) Replacement Of Gutters. 9) Insulation Of A Non-Ventilated Flat Roof. 10) Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The Highest Usable Floor Along With The Construction Of Technological Platforms. 11) Painting Rooms After Installation Works, 12) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. (Electrical Works)1) Replacement Of Switchboards.2) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation. 3) Replacing The Plug Socket Installation. 4) Replacing The Lightning Protection Installation. 5) Installing A Photovoltaic Installation. 6) Power Supply For The Heat Pump. 7) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. (Sanitary Works) 1) Installation Of Two Air-Water Heat Pumps With A Total Power Of 77.6 Kw, Which Will Meet The Thermal Demand For The Building When The Temperature Does Not Exceed 0O C.2) Construction Of A Fence Around The Location Of The Heat Pumps, 3) Inclusion Of Heat Pumps In The Existing System Along With The Reconstruction Of The Distributor And Installation Of A Heat Buffer.4) Partial Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation.5) Preparation Of A Geodetic Map As-Built.6) Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System Within The Existing Skylights. 7) Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation.
