Flushing The Internal Central Heating Installation.- Demolition Of The Boiler Room Installation.- Construction Demolition Works.- Renovation And Construction Works.- Assembly Works Of The External Gas Boiler Installation.- Assembly Works Of The Heating Installation.- Disassembly Works.- Electrical Installation Of The Boiler Room.- Lighting Installation And 230 V Sockets In The Boiler Room.- Chimney Earthing.- Tests And Examinations.- Earthworks.- Installation Works Of The Gas Connection And Installation Of The Tank. - Repair Of The Road Surface. - Natural Compensation For Greenery. - Scope Of Work Covered By The Contract With The Lpg Gas Supplier. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Task That Is The Subject Of The Order, Based On Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Attached To This Swz: − Design Documentation, − Bill Of Quantities (Sanitary, Electrical, Gas Tank), − Technical Design. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities But Necessary To Include: Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Liquidation Of The Construction Site, Waste Disposal, Tidying Up The Area After Construction, Preparation Of Post-Construction Documentation, Including Surveying And As-Built Inventories, And Any Other Work Necessary To Be Performed With Due To The Art Of Construction. The Detailed Quantitative And Material Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Its Annexes, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, And Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
