1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Central Heating And Gas Installation Together With The Connection Of Dual-Function Gas Boilers In A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Sambora 34 In Kartuzy.2.The Facility Has 2 Above-Ground Floors With 12 Apartments. 3. The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include Apartment No. 2.4.The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of The Following Categories Of Works: 1) Construction Works In The Field Of Water Supply Installation; 2) Construction Works In The Scope Of Replacing The Central Heating Installation; 3) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Dual-Function Gas Condensing Boilers, With A Power Of Min. 20 Kw;4) Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of A Gas Installation With Connection Of Gas Cookers And Boilers5) Delivery And Installation Of Panel Radiators With Valves And Thermostatic Heads;6) Delivery And Installation Of Bathroom Radiators With Valves And Thermostatic Heads;7) Performing Tightness Tests Of The Completed Installations;8) Regulation Of The Central Heating Installation.5.The Construction Of An External Gas Installation Is Not Covered By The Subject Of This Order.6.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Tor.
