The Subject Of The Order Are Renovation Works Of The Administrative Building Of The Trzebież Forest District - Stage No. 2, Located In Zalesie 1, 72-004 Tanowo, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Planned Renovation Works Are Aimed At Refreshing The Buildings Facade, Performing Current Repairs And Supplementing Worn-Out, Existing, Modern Elements Of The Administrative Building Of The Trzebież Forest District. The Renovation Includes: 1) Refreshing The Facade - Painting And Minor Additions To The Plaster. 2) Painting Wooden Doors From The Outside And Inside - 2 Pcs. 3) Painting Existing Sheet Metal Window Sills. 4) Cleaning And Painting Existing Modern Balustrades And Window Grills. 5) Cleaning And Painting The Existing Modern Canopies Over The Doors. Replacement Of The Cellular Polycarbonate Covering.6) Replacement Of The Damaged Flat Roof Covering And Replacement Of The Existing, Modern Flashing Over The Gutter And Wall Flashing7) Replacement Of The Existing Plastic Ventilation Grilles On The Façade With White Aluminum Ones.8) Painting Of Free-Standing Lamps (2 Pcs.) And Wall Lamps (2 Pcs.) On The Front Façade.9) Unblocking, Cleaning And Painting Metal Gutters And Downspouts. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. In The Design Documentation Containing: 1) Technical Description And Drawings Of The Architectural Industry, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Bill Of Quantities - The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Should, On His Own, Verify And Determine Whether It Is Necessary To Perform Construction Works Other Than Those Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Whether The Given Quantities Are Correct. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price All Costs For Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Swz And In The Documents Attached To The Swz Describing The Subject Of The Order. The Bill Of Quantities Is Informative And Auxiliary In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. Other Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Delivered Through Its Own Efforts. 2) Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Must Be In Line With Polish Standards, Have Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction.
