Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For Events In Zakopane For The Academy Of Justice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service For Events Organized By The Academy Of Justice (Aws) Based On Full Board In The Form Of Breakfast, Lunch (Soup, Main Course) And Dinner. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Providing Services Consisting In The Preparation Of Meals And Their Delivery In Disposable Containers To The Headquarters Of The Academy Of Justice At Ul. Ogrodowa 6 In Zakopane. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Order A Catering Service During Events (Meetings) Conducted According To The Schedule, From Breakfast On Monday To Lunch On Friday. When Calculating The Price Of Full Board, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Rates And Principles Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Justice Of February 20, 2023 On The Entitlement Of Prison Service Officers To Meals While On Duty (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 418). The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Preparing The Offer, Should Be Guided By The Following Division Of The Daily Nutritional Norm: 1) Breakfast - Approx. 25% Of The Budget Rate Of The F Norm; 2) Lunch - Approx. 50% Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard; 3) Dinner - Approx. 25% Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard. Based On The Above Regulation, The Amount Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard (Rate For Full Board) In 2026 Is Pln 37.40. The Amount Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard Is The Gross Value. Therefore, The Gross Price Of Individual Meals Is As Follows: 1) Breakfast – Pln 9.35; 2) Lunch – Pln 18.70; 3) Dinner – Pln 9.35. The Value Of Individual Meals May Be Increased By A Margin Of A Maximum Of 50% Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard.
