Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor And A Boom Mower For Ditches And Roadsides

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Complete Set Consisting Of One Piece Of A Brand-New Agricultural Tractor And One Piece Of A Brand-New Boom Mower For Ditches And Roadsides With A Working Head. The Tractor Must Have An Engine Power Of 125 To 140 Hp, Without Taking Into Account The Temporary Increase In Power, And A Mass In The Ready-To-Ride Condition Of At Least 5,000 Kg, Without Additional Ballast. The Mower Must Have A Maximum Horizontal Working Reach Of The Arm Of 500 To 600 Cm And A Cutting Head With A Working Width Of 100 To 140 Cm. Required Are, Among Others: The Mowers Independent Hydraulic System Driven By The Tractors Pto, Cooling This System And Protecting The Arm And The Working Unit Against The Effects Of Hitting An Obstacle. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Selection And Configuration Of The Tractor, Mower, Working Head, Tires, Wheel Track And Ballasting, Ensuring Compatibility, Stability And Safe Operation Of The Set. The Order Also Includes Providing The Required Documentation, Training Of At Least Three Operators And A 36-Month Warranty. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Sopz Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Implementation Deadline Is A Maximum Of 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than December 31, 2026.
