1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Power Generators For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Swarzędz Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Limits The Possibility Of Applying For A Contract For Contractors From Third Countries Who Are Not Parties To The Contracts Referred To In Art. 16A Pzp Or Those That Do Not Ensure Reciprocity. Bids From These Contractors Will Be Rejected.3. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Does Not Allow Offers Involving Construction Works, Supplies Or Services From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements (I.E. Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement Of The World Trade Organization On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing, On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, Access To The Public Procurement Market To Which The European Union Is A Party). The Offer Of A Contractor Who Offers The Subject Of The Contract From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
