1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. Services Are Provided In Accordance With Article 17(1) Point 11, Art. 50, Art. 50A Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance.2. The Following Standard Is Established For The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence, Hereinafter Referred To As Care Services, In Individual Areas: 1) In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Assistance Is Provided, In Particular In: A) Basic Activities Related To Self-Service, Including: - Dressing And Changing Clothes And Underwear, - Preparing Simple Meals, Including One Hot Meal, Taking Into Account The Recommended Diet, - Eating A Meal Or Feeding And Watering, - Making A Bed And Changing Bedding, - Providing One A Hot Meal From A Place Indicated By Mops And Ensuring The Cleanliness Of Table And Kitchen Utensils. B) Activities Related To Running A Household, Including: - Tidying Up And Cleaning To The Necessary Extent, Including Cleaning Everyday Appliances And Sanitary Facilities, Taking Out Garbage, Bringing Water And Fuel, Heating Rooms Using An Available Heating Device, Including Burning In The Stove And Removing Ash, Taking Into Account The Preferences Of The Person To Whom Care Services Are Provided In Terms Of Temperature, - Making Necessary Purchases Or Accompanying Them During Purchases Or When Using Services In Stores, Pharmacies, Service Or Catering Outlets Located Closest To The Place Of Residence Of The Person To Whom Care Services Are Provided, As Well As Providing Material Assistance, - Keeping Equipment Facilitating Everyday Functioning, Such As A Wheelchair, Walker, Lift, Crutches, Clean And In Working Order, - Washing Clothes And Bedding, Necessary Ironing, Taking Them To The Laundry And Collecting Them From The Laundry, - Accompanying In Dealing With Matters Related To The Process Of Treatment Or Rehabilitation And Health Prevention, - Accompanying In Dealing With Official Matters And Paying Bills, - Settlement Of The Clients Financial Resources At The Disposal Of The Person Providing The Services, Including Recording Expenses In The Manner Agreed With The Person Using The Services, Settling Fees, Including Payment From The Client For The Care Services Provided In The Form Agreed With The Client And After Receiving An Authorization Issued By The Client. The Contractor Will Immediately Provide The Client With A Copy Of The Payment To The Kp Cash Register Or Transfer Confirmation, - Handling Matters Related To Possible Failures, Repairs Of Installations And Equipment In The Clients Apartment, Including Contact With The Administration And Entities Competent To Remove Failures And/Or Carry Out Repairs, - Washing Windows (Once Every 6 Months) Along With Removing And Installing Curtains And Drapes In The Room Where The Client Stays Most Of The Day And Windows In The Kitchen.
