1. The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization Of The Roof Of The Building Located At Ul. Kołowa 3 In Krakow (Building B Yard). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As In This Chapter. Material Scope: Execution Of Construction Works Thermal Modernization Of The Roof Of The Building Located At Ul. Kołowa 3 In Krakow (Building B Yard), According To The Scope Specified In The Description.3. The Contractor Will Carry Out Works Related To The Subject Of The Contract From Monday To Friday, From 8.00 A.M. To 5.00 P.M., In A Normally Functioning Building (Facility) Referred To In Point 2. The Ordering Party, After Prior Arrangement, Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Specified Time Scope Of The Works, I.E. The Hours And Carrying Them Out On Other Days.4 And Meets The Requirements Specified In This Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Article 95(1) Of The Labor Code, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ All Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Contract, Performing Construction Works Within The Meaning Of Article 22 Of The Labor Code Item 1245). The Requirement Does Not Apply To Natural Persons Conducting Business Activity On Their Own In The Course Of The Execution Of The Contract And To Partners In Partnerships (E.G. General Partnerships, Partnerships) Who Independently Perform The Activities In The Course Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract For The Amount Of The Agreed Remuneration Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Guaranteeing The Achievement Of Parameters That Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Ensuring That The Order Is Fulfilled In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And That It Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents Specifying The Quality, Technical And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Adds The Entry Or Equivalent To Each Of The Above Indications.9.Due To The Fact That Various Equivalent Proposals Are Allowed, The Contractor Is Required To Verify And Treat All Solutions As Interconnected And Creating Target Construction Objects. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Documents Confirming That All Materials, Systems, Products And Solutions Have Valid Certificates, Declarations, Certificates And Assessments Issued By Authorized Institutions (E.G. Itb) Required By Law And Are Approved For Use In Poland. All European Approvals Must Be Translated Into Polish And Accepted By The National Notified Body.10.Contractors
