The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment, Including: 1.1. Demolition Of The Existing Building And Construction In Its Place Of A New Addiction Therapy Clinic Building, Intended To Provide Health Services In The Field Of Care For Addicts And Co-Dependents, Also In Crisis Situations And In The Event Of Armed Conflict, With A Total Usable Area Of Approx. 1,000 M²; 1.2. Development Of The Area And Arrangement Of Greenery Around The Designed Building.2.The Subject Of The Order Is A Design Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 35 Section 4 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Prepared As Part Of The Order Will Be Used To Describe The Subject Matter Of A Separate Construction Works Order, In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.3. The Investment Will Be Located At Ul. Szosa Bydgoska 1 In Toruń, On Plots No. 104/2, 102 And 99/1, Precinct No. 13. The Designed Building Is To Enable Its Use Both As A Facility Intended For Medical Activities And As A U-1 Type Of Hiding Place; The Documentation Must Take Into Account The Sanitary, Functional And Technical Requirements Specific To The Rooms Where Health Services Are Provided, As Well As The Requirements Arising From The Regulations On Civil Protection And Civil Defense, As Well As The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Architectural Accessibility Referred To In Art. 6 Point 1 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, Taking Into Account Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. Design Documentation Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, In Force Until September 19, 2026, I.E.
