4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Documentation Necessary To Prepare The Investment Titled: Pomorskie Trasy Rowerowe Vistula Bicycle Route R-9 Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Gniew-Ciepłe Section, Gniew Commune, Including The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The District Road In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Including: 1) Preparation Of A Feasibility Study; 2) Development Of Environmental Documentation, Including Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions; 3) Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The District Road In The Scope Of The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Including Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including Zrid With Immediate Feasibility And Execution Of All Necessary Studies And Activities Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including: 3.1) Scope 1 - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Preparation And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Zrid, Along With Obtaining Immediate Feasibility; 3.2) Scope 2 - Performance Of The Necessary Surveying Works, Including Marking The Planned Boundaries Of The Property, Marking Them With Boundary Signs And Disclosing Changes In The Land And Building Register. 4.2 As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, Consisting In Particular In Ascertaining In The Course Of Their Implementation The Compliance Of The Implementation With Project, Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design Documentation - Within The Period From The Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works To The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of Construction Works By The Parties
