The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings On The Streets Of The City Of Chorzów, Together With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And The Contribution Of A New Installation To The Geodetic Resources Of The City Of Chorzów, In The Following Locations: 1) At The Intersection Of Ul. Styczyńskiego And Ul. Chałupki, 2) At The Intersection Of Ul. Styczyńskiego And Ul. Lompy,3) At The Intersection Of Ul. Żołnierzy Września And Ul. Kingi,4) At The Intersection Of Ul. Łagiewnicka And Ul. Krzyżowa,5) At The Intersection Of Ul. Krzyżowa And Ul. Łagiewnicka,6) At The Intersection Of Ul. Główna And Ul. Kluczborska, 2.Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With An Operating Manual In Polish, Warranty Cards In Polish And Other Documents Such As Approvals, Certificates, Etc. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To This Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.4.The Municipal Streets And Bridges Authority Informs That Tauron Nowe Technologie Is Responsible For Maintaining The Lighting Infrastructure In The City Of Chorzów. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Starting The Works, To Contact Tauron Branch In Chorzów At Ul. Olszewskiego 1 For Permission To Perform Work. 5. Requirements And Conditions For The Execution Of The Order: 1) During The Execution Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Proper Order And Order In The Area Of Assembly Works, Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Protection Of Facilities And Networks And Utilities Located On The Premises, And Maintain Them In Proper Technical Condition, And After Completion, Tidy Up The Area, 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Protect Underground And Above-Ground Facilities As Well As Buildings And Construction Facilities Located In The Area And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Investment Implementation; 3) The Ordering Party Requires That Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Works Were Transported And Stored At The Waste Disposal Site At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Documents.4) Throughout The Duration Of The Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transferred Construction Site, Securing The Work Site, Maintaining Temporary Markings, And Keeping The Roads And Sidewalks Clean Both In The Area Of ​​The Works And Access Roads. The Contractor Is Responsible For Safety And Any Damage To Third Parties Resulting From The Works.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To And Access To The Buildings Throughout The Duration Of The Works.6) If The Works Carried Out Will Interfere With Pedestrian, Bicycle Or Car Traffic, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Design For A Temporary Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Wor
