The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Services Including: A) Purchase And Delivery Of High-Quality Nursery Material (Trees And Optionally Shrubs); B) Demolition And Reconstruction Works Of The Paving Stone Surface In The Road Lane; C) Transplanting Existing Trees From The Road Lane Of Ul. 3 Maja In The Area Of The Dotyk Jury Park (Plot No. 8442/13); D) Making Holes, Replacing The Soil With Fertile Soil, Planting Trees Together With Forming Bowls With Concrete Edges, Staking And Watering; E) Technical Assistance, Preparation Of Stands And Carrying Out Correction And Finishing Works During And After The Tree For A Child Social Campaign. F) Delivery Of Plant Material Intended For Self-Planting. G) Warranty Care Of Planted And Replanted Plants For A Period Of 36 Months. In The Context Of Such A Reservation And Described By The Ordering Party In Chapter. 8 Of The Conditions Of Participation In The Public Procurement Procedure, The Contractor Has The Following Limitations: - The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Experience Of The Entity Providing The Resources, - The Contractor Cannot Entrust A Subcontractor With The Performance Of Key Tasks That Have Been Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Parts Of The Order (Scope Of The Order) To A Subcontractor - Those That Have Not Been Reserved By The Ordering Party In Section 4.
