The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Fuel To The Municipal Communication Plant In Krotoszyn In An Amount Of Up To 55 M3. The Ordered Fuel Must Meet Quality Parameters In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And The Current Standards: Pnen 590 (For Diesel Oil). In The Event Of A Change In The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Adjust The Fuel Quality To The New Standards. Diesel Oil Should Be Delivered To The Bus Base Of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji W Krotoszynie Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Kobierska 5. The Plant Has A Diesel Fuel Tank. The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Fuel Will Be Delivered Successively According To The Ordering Partys Needs, But Not Less Than 5 M3 In A Single Delivery. The Ordering Party Will Measure The Delivered Fuel Based On A Verified Meter Installed On The Tanker Truck, Dispensing Actual Gross Liters/M3. The Ordering Party Informs That, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Fuel Will Be Purchased In Actual Liters/M3, And The Value Will Be Converted On The Invoice To The Reference Temperature Of 15 ◦C. For Each Delivery, The Contractor Must Provide The Original Or A Photocopy Of The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer On The Date Of Fuel Delivery. The Fuel Is To Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within 1/2 Business Days Of The Order. The Order Will Be Processed After Receiving A Telephone Notification Or After Receiving An E-Mail By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. Delivery Should Take Place Between 7:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. Fuel Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays. Fuel May Be Drained Into The Ordering Partys Tanks Only In The Presence Of A Warehouseman Or A Person Authorized By The Company. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Compliance Of The Quality Parameters Of Diesel Oil, In Accordance With The Quality Certificate Provided. 2. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constitute Annex A To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Organize An On-Site Visit With Its Participation.
