1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Within A Period Of 12 Months, Of Drawn, Annealed Steel Wire Ø 3.7 Mm, Used For Channel Balers. Successive Deliveries Of Batches Of Mild C4d Low-Carbon Steel Wire, Diameter 3.7 Mm ± 0.08 Mm, Strength 380-420 Nmm2, Made According To Pn-67M-80026, Din 171 40-177. The Wire Is Intended For Baling Waste In A Waste Sorting Plant. The Wire Is To Be Delivered On Pallets, In Large Coils With An External Diameter Of 600-700 Mm And Weighing Up To 150 Kg/1 Coil. The Surface Of The Wire Is To Be Soaked In Oil. Each Wire Coil Is To Be Labeled With The Following Information: Weight In Kilograms, Wire Diameter, Standard According To Which The Wire Was Produced, Stamp And Signature Of The Contractor. The Total Maximum Order Quantity Is 60,000 Kg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Indicated Quantity. The Order Uses The Option Law, Which Means That The Quantities Given Are Maximum Quantities, Which May Be Reduced During The Contract. The Minimum Guaranteed Quantity Of Wire To Be Collected Is 45,000 Kg.
