The Biomass Boiler Room Includes One C40-Dh Boiler With A Capacity Of 400 Kw And One Uniwex Comfort Classic-Rs Boiler With A Capacity Of 505 Kw, Serial Number Crs04s20425.2. The Service Includes The Provision Of Fuel, 24-Hour Operation Of The Boiler Room, Maintenance And Required Inspections, Measurement And Settlement Of The Supplied Heat, As Well As Preparation And End Of The Heating Season, In Accordance With The Opz And The Contract Template.3. The Maximum Amount Of Heat In The Season Is 2,500 Gj, And The Guaranteed Minimum Is 1,750 Gj. Billing Is Based On The Actual Heat Received. Any Claims For Failure To Perform The Minimum Are Settled On The Basis Of Contractual Liability, Taking Into Account The Saved Costs; Unproduced Heat Is Not Invoiced.4. Contractors Are Not Obliged To Re-Attach The Technical Documentation Of The Boilers To Their Offers.
