Tenders are invited for Marble, Stone, Carpet & Upholstery Maintenance Services for Katara Hospitality Local Properties Fees QAR: 900 A payment of non-refundable document fees should be deposited to Katara Hospitality Bank Account No. 0013-038587-060 with Qatar National Bank. Bank receipt together with valid Company Commercial Registration and Computer Card must be submitted via [email protected] only. Documents will be sent electronically within 24 hours during working days from receipt of complete requirements. Proposal to be submitted in sealed envelopes as per the RFP Documents requirements in (HARD COPY) & (SOFT COPY on USB). The successful vendor is required to submit a performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the contract sum and shall be valid to 90 days after the expiry of Maintenance Certificate. Offers should be valid for 120 days commencing from the closing date (as stated above).
