The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Pre-Design Concept Titled: Architectural And Spatial Concept For The Construction Of A New Poznań Główny Railway Station Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements: 1) Basic Scope: Development Of An Architectural And Spatial Concept For: A New Station Building At The Poznań Główny Station, Along With A Representative New Railway Station Square, Accompanying Buildings And Adjacent Infrastructure, Development Of The Transfer Board Area, Ul. Dworcowa And The Dworcowy Bridge, Functional Connections With The Planned Railway Infrastructure Solutions In The Project For The Poznań Railway Junction (Complementary Project Entitled Design Documentation For The Poznań Railway Junction), Solutions Of The Communication System Including Public Transport And Roads. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes: Phase I - Identification Of The Surroundings And Definition Of Assumptions, Phase Ii - Functional And Operational Research Along With The Development Of A Functional Program, Phase Iii - Architectural And Spatial Concept; 2) Option Right No. 1 (Phase Iv) - Covering The Development Of An Additional Conceptual Variant Of The New Poznań Główny Railway Station Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area; 3) Option Right No. 2 (Phase V) - Covering The Provision Of Tender Materials For Further Stages Documentation Or Implementation Of Works.
