The Categories Of Waste That Are The Subject Of The Delegation Contract To Be Concluded Are: • Household Waste From The Population, Respectively The Fractions Of Waste Collected Separately Such As Recyclables (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metals, Glass), Bio-Waste, Textile Waste, Bulky Waste, Hazardous Waste And Residual Waste; • Similar Waste From Economic Agents And Public Institutions, Respectively The Waste Fractions Collected Separately Such As Recyclables (Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metals, Glass), Biowaste, Textile Waste, Bulky Waste And Residual Waste; • Construction And Demolition Waste From Homes, Generated By Their Interior And/Or Exterior Remodeling And Rehabilitation Activities. The Operator Of The Sanitation Service Will Provide The Services Detailed In The Specifications, Included In The Award Documentation. The Number Of Inhabitants In The Delegation Area Is Estimated At 17,117 Resident Inhabitants In The Year 2026. In The Delegation Area There Are About 4017 Households (Individual Houses) And 1582 Apartments In 102 Apartment Buildings. At The Uat Chitila Level, There Are 1,241 Legal Entities (Public Institutions And Economic Agents). The Annual Amount Of Municipal Waste Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation Is 5,480 Tons, Of Which 3,632 Tons Are Household Waste, 1,848 Tons Are Similar Waste. The Total Amount Generated By Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Represents 28.80% Of The Amount Of Municipal Waste (The Amount Generated From Which The Sgr Is Deducted), In The First Year Of Delegation (2026). The Amount Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Recyclable Waste From Municipal Waste Estimated To Be Collected Separately, Including Impurities, In The First Year Of Operation, Calculated On The Basis Of The Activity Performance Indicator, Is 1,453 Tons, Of Which 1,096 Tons Are Household Recyclables, 357 Similar Tons. The Amount Of Residual Waste Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation Is 3,709 Tons (Includes Abandoned Waste), Of Which 2,256 Tons Are Household Waste And 1,453 Tons Are Similar Waste. The Amount Of Textile Waste Estimated To Be Collected Separately In The First Year Of Operation Is 41 Tons. The Amount Of Household Hazardous Waste Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation Is 48 Tons. The Amount Of Bulky Municipal Waste Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation Is 229 Tons. The Amount Of Construction Waste From Homes Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation, According To Historical Data, Is 364 Tons. The Amount Of Abandoned Municipal Waste Estimated To Be Collected, In The First Year Of Operation, Is 18 Tons, Of Which 11 Tons Are Household Residual Waste And 7 Tons Are Similar Waste. The Amount Of Waste From Abandoned Constructions, Estimated To Be Collected, In The First Year Of Operation, Is 64 Tons. The Waste Collection And Transport Activity Will Be Provided By The Operator
