Acting As A Project Engineer (Hereinafter: Ip) In The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Installation For Methane Fermentation Of Waste And Construction Of A Composting Plant In The Part Intended For Stabilization Of The Under-Sieve Fraction (0-80 Mm) Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure At The Eko Dolina Sp. Plant. Z O. O. In Łężyce (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Project). 1. The Service Covers In Particular The Following Scope: 1) Verification And Review Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor In Terms Of Its Completeness, Correctness And Compliance With The Order Documentation For The Selection Of A Contractor And Applicable Regulations; 2) Fulfillment Of Investor Supervision Duties Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law, As Well As Other Control Activities Entrusted By The Ordering Party; 3) Monitoring The Progress Of The Contractors Work Works, Ensuring Their Compliance With The Contract Concluded In The Design And Build Mode And The Schedule, As Well As Supervising The Quality And Safety Of The Work Carried Out By The Contractor; 4) Identifying And Solving Potential Technical And Operational Problems, As Well As Implementing Corrections; 5) Ensuring Constant Communication And Appropriate Circulation Of Information Between All Participants Of The Investment Process; Developing A Strategy For Their Minimization. 2. Landscape Park 99 In Łężyce, 84-207 Koleczkowo, According To The Design And Build Formula. The Contractor Will Implement The Project In Stages: Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting Of A Technological Design, Construction Design In The Field Of Development Design. Area And Architectural-Construction Design. Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit. The Design Documentation Must Meet All Requirements Specified By All Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Issued And Obtained Under The Project In Question; The Parties Agree That The Fup Contains A Description Of The Guidelines And Assumed Functionalities And Supplies Necessary To Implement The Installation As One Project, Including: A) Designing A Bio-Waste Composting Plant With The Necessary Elements
