Pumping Station Construction Work – Supply Of Pumping Stations (Centralization Project) For Aquadjurs A/S. The Assignment Concerns Pump Deliveries In Connection With Aquadjurs Overall Centralization Project In Syddjurs Municipality. The Project Includes The Establishment Of A New Cut-Off Transport System With Approx. 95 Km Of Pressure Lines, Associated Pumping Stations And Basin Facilities, As Well As Decommissioning A Number Of Existing Treatment Plants. The Tendered Agreement Includes Project Optimization, Contractor Planning, Delivery, Execution, Testing, Documentation, Delivery And Commissioning Of Selected Larger Pumping Stations And Intermediate Pumping Stations, Which Must Be Carried Out As An Integrated Part Of The Overall Transport System. Furthermore, The Work Will Consist Of Coordination With The Existing Pump Supplier Of Smaller Pumps For Use For Approx. 6-7 Pumping Stations. The Task Is Carried Out In Stages As A Main Contract And Requires Close Coordination With The Client, General Consultant, Wiring Contractors, Civil Engineering Contractors, The Clients Sro Programmer And Other Suppliers. The Basis Of The Contract Will Consist Of An Overall Cooperation Agreement And A Conditional Main Contract, Which Is Entered Into Individually Per Stage. Each Stage Is Divided Into Phases, Where After The End Of Phase 3 The Conditional Main Contract Will Be Updated And The Conditional Status Will Expire. The Basis Of The Contract Is Based On Ab18 With The Ordering Partys Clarifications, And The Tenderers Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That There Is A Requirement For The Use Of Persons Undergoing Training During The Performance. The Current Tender Is Taking Place At An Extremely Early Stage In The Project In Order To Involve The Future Main Contractor In The Further Initial Planning Of The Centralization Project. In Practice, This Will Mean That It Is Currently Not Possible For The Ordering Party To Determine Which Types Of Pump Solutions Are To Be Offered. Specification Of The Service Will Only Take Place In Tandem With The Further Planning In Collaboration With The Future Main Contractor. It Has Been Determined That The Future General Contractor Must Deliver Complete Technical Solutions For Own Services And Contribute Actively To The Clarification Of Interfaces, System Design, Hydraulics, Control, Co-Management, Working Environment, Commissioning And Future Operation Based On His Project Optimization And Later Detailed Project. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation With A Prior Call For Tenders, Cf. Art. 47, Cf. Directive 2014/25/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 (Usiness Companies Directive). The Tendering Process Consists Of A Pre-Qualification Phase And A Tendering Phase, Which Includes The Possibility Of Several Rounds Of Negotiations, After Which The Tenderer Is Given The Opportunity To Submit A Final Offer.
