The Object Of The Procurement Is An Information System Complex Intended For Monitoring The Use Of Vehicles And Fleet Management (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) And The Necessary Positioning Devices For The Welfare Area Of ​​North Karelia And The Welfare Area Of ​​Etelä Savo. The Purpose Is To Acquire A Modular, Easy-To-Use And Data-Secure Overall Solution As A Ready-Made Solution That Meets The Requirements Of Data Protection And Other Legislation. The System Includes Both The Application And The Necessary Positioning Equipment. The System Must Be Able To Monitor The Location And Use Of Vehicles In Real Time, Produce An Electronic Driving Log In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Tax Administration, And Centrally Manage The Organizations Fleet. The Goal Is To Improve The Manageability And Usability Of Driving Data At The Level Of The Entire Organization. The System Collects And Analyzes Driving Data And Produces Reports To Support Management And Decision-Making. The System Produces Real-Time Information On The Use Of Vehicles And Forms A Clear Overall Picture That Improves Work Safety And Enables The Use Of Vehicles To Be Made More Efficient. The System Replaces The Current Paper Driving Logs And Basic Vehicle Data Maintained In Excel Tables. It Combines The Vehicles Location Data With The Drivers Identification And Enables Automatic Maintenance Of The Electronic Driving Log. The System Must Support Modern Connection Interfaces, Through Which Data Can Be Received From Other Systems And Data Can Be Transferred To Other Systems. The System And Service Package To Be Procured, As Well As The Delivery And Commissioning Project, Will Be Implemented Separately For Each Customer. A Separate Delivery Agreement And Service Agreement Will Be Concluded Between Both The Subscriber And The Supplier. The Contract Period Is Limited To 60 Months And Continues Indefinitely Thereafter. It Is A Joint Procurement Of Two Independent Customers. The Realization Of The Purchase Requires That The Customer Has The Necessary Funds At His Disposal. If The Tender Price Of The Procurement Object Exceeds The Allocated Amount Per Customer, The Procurement Will Not Be Carried Out In These Respects.
