Location: KIGALI Deadline: Friday, 09/10/2026 17:00 African Evangelical Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda invites dealers and individual owners to bid for the supply of a pre-owned Toyota Hilux Pick-Up Double Cabin 4x4. The vehicle must be manufactured in 2021 or later, with mileage under 65,000 Km, a manual transmission, and a diesel engine. It must be in excellent, accident-free condition with valid Rwandan registration, a valid inspection certificate (Control Technique), and a 3-month engine/gearbox warranty. Bids must include a financial proposal in RWF (taxes included), a vehicle profile with color photos, a logbook (Carte Jaune) copy, the owners ID/Passport (or RDB certificate), a valid inspection certificate, and a signed warranty commitment letter. Shortlisted vehicles will undergo mechanical assessment. AEE Rwanda will transfer payment within three working days after successful inspection and contract signing.
