Tenders are invited for Provision of Manpower Cum Cleaning, Janitorial and Maintenance Services for Trincomalee Campus, Eusl - 2027 Cleaning and maintenance of building complexes with an approximate floor area of 50,000 m² Cleaning and maintenance of a land area of approximately 100 acres Required services described in annexure I of the bid document. Bid validity period 91 days Details of bid security Amount: Rs. 510,000.00 Validity: 14.02.2027 (119 days from the closing of bids) Issued by: any commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka In favour of: Vice Chancellor, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Senior Assistant Registrar, General Administration upon a non-refundable fee of Rs. 12,750/- at the Shroff Counter of the Campus or shall be deposited to the Peoples Bank, A/c No. 066100172390446 (Account Name: Assistant Bursar, Trincomalee Campus, EUSL), and the receipt or deposit slip shall be attached to the bid. 6. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security stated in the above table. (Insurance guarantee for bid security will not be accepted). 7. Bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting and a site visit scheduled to be held on 13th October 2026 at 10.00 a.m. in the board room of the Trincomalee Campus, Konesapuri, Nilaveli, Trincomalee. Bidders are strongly advised to attend; bidders shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site conditions whether or not they attended. 8. If registered for VAT, the documentary evidence should be provided with the bids. If the bidder is not registered for VAT, a letter obtained from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department certifying that the bidder is not registered for VAT, should be attached with the bid documents. 9. Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the address mentioned below to reach before 14.00 hrs on 19th October 2026 or be deposited in the tender box kept in the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Trincomalee Campus, Konesapuri, Nilaveli, Trincomalee before the above date and time.
