The Current Wmo Tailor-Made Agreements For Daytime Activities Are No Longer Appropriate For Current Legislation And Regulations, Case Law And Municipal Policy Wishes. The Results-Oriented Indication On Which The Agreements Are Based Is Not Permitted By Decisions Of The Central Appeals Tribunal. In Addition, Internal Signals And Internal Research Show That The Current Design Poses Risks To Legality, Efficiency And Quality Of Care. The Total Estimated Value Of The Assignment Per Municipality Is Approximately: Coevorden Daytime Activities: €7,200,000 Excluding Vat (Eight (8) Years) Coevorden Transport: €550,000 Excluding Vat (Eight (8) Years) Borger-Odoorn Daytime Activities: €6,300,000 Excluding Vat (Eight (8) Years) Borger-Odoorn Transport: €451,000 Excluding Vat (Eight (8) Years) Assuming A Maximum Term Of Eight (8) Years, Including Extension Options, The Total Estimated Value Is €14,501,000 Excluding Vat. Because It Cannot Be Accurately Determined In Advance Which Price Developments And Changes Will Occur During The Term Of The Agreement, A Margin Of A Maximum Of 50% Is Used. This Brings The Maximum Order Value To €21,751,500 Excluding Vat.
