The Municipality Of Soest Wishes To Have A New Operator For The Operation Of The Social Cultural Center (Scc) De Basis In Soesterberg As Of January 1, 2027. This Guide Describes The Subsidy, The Exploitation And The Procedure. The Subsidy Is Provided For The Operation Of Scc De Basis In Soesterberg For A Period Of Five (5) Years With A Possibility Of Extension For Another Four (4) Years. The Subsidy Will Be Provided With Effect From January 1, 2027. The Operator Ensures Efficient, Future-Proof And Socially Responsible Operation Of The Socio-Cultural Center. The Main Objective Of De Basis Is To Contribute To A Strong Social Base In Soesterberg: The Subsidy Is Provided For The Operation Of Scc De Basis In Soesterberg For A Period Of Five (5) Years With A Possibility Of Extension For Another Four (4) Years. For The Calendar Year 2027, A Subsidy Ceiling Of A Maximum Of € 304,000 Applies. The Applicable Subsidy Ceiling Is Determined And Awarded Per Calendar Year.
