In The Context Of The Realization Of The New Construction Project Jagersborg Neighborhood Center, A Tender File Was Compiled, Based On The Detailed Preliminary Design, That Takes Into Account The Functional Needs Of The Users, The Applicable Building Regulations Regarding Accessibility And The Requirements Regarding Quality Of Use. The Community Center Includes A Multi-Purpose Room With A Fixed Stage, A Storage Room For Storing Furniture, A Kitchen With A Counter Equipped With A Pass-Through Refrigerator And A Cold Room, And A Foyer That Opens Onto The Multi-Purpose Room. Two Additional Meeting Rooms Will Be Provided On The First Floor. This Functional Layout Ensures Clear Circulation And A Logical Spatial Organization, Tailored To Both Club Life And Municipal Operations. To Help Achieve The 2050 Climate Objectives, The Building Is Heated And Cooled Via A Geothermal Btes Field, Connected To A Low-Energy Cooling And Heating Installation, In Particular A Water/Water Heat Pump System Linked At Low Temperature, Supplemented With A Photovoltaic Solar Panel Installation With Battery Storage. In Addition, Energy-Efficient Led Lighting And A Ventilation System Are Provided That Automatically Regulates The Varying Occupancy Of The Room Based On Co2 Control.
