The Landscape Maintenance Work Will Include, But Is Not Limited To, Grass Cutting, Edging, Blowing/Sweeping, Weeding, Pruning, Trimming, Mulching, Aeration, Overseeding, Fire Ant Control, Irrigation, Seasonal Annual Bed Design, Biannual Bed Planting, Trash Removal Throughout City Outdoor Areas, And A Fertilization And Weed Control Program. The City Intends To Award A 5-Year Contract With Automatic Renewals To One Company. All Work Must Be Conducted According To Industry Standards. Proposals Are Due On Friday, October 30, 2026, At 12:00 P.M. Eastern In The Form Of 2 Paper Copies And 1 Digital (Usb) Copy. There Will Be An Optional, Highly Recommended, Pre-Proposal Meeting On October 14, 2026, At 10:00 A.M. At The Norcross Public Works Building, Located At 345 Lively Avenue Norcross, Georgia 30071.
