The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Contract With One Company Per Lot For The Delivery Of Whm Systems At The Airport Locations In Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg And Vienna, Including The Technical Documentation And Training For The Technical Support Staff Of The Acg.Lot 1: 18 Pieces Of Icao Cloud Altimeters (Icao-Whm)Lot 2: 8 Pieces Of Icao Cloud Altimeters With Extended Functions (Icao-Whm-Ef)Tenderers Are Free To Submit Tenders For One Or More Lots; A Bidder Can Therefore Submit An Offer For Both Lots. All Whm Systems Per Lot Must Be Completely Identical In Construction And Function. This Refers, Among Other Things, To The Mechanical Structure Of The System, The Optical Elements, The Processor-Based Electronics For Processing And Analyzing The Whm Data And The Software Or Firmware Used In The Components. All Components Must Be Able To Be Exchanged Between The Whm Systems. (Except Location-Specific Parameterization). The Whm System Is Built, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Specifications, On An Existing Foundation Or One Adapted By The Client. The Existing Foundation (Static Load-Bearing Capacity, Dimensions), The Data Supply And The Electrical Supply (Continuity, Completeness And Connection Value) Are Provided By The Client In Accordance With The Contractors Specifications. All Systems, Devices And Components Offered, The Data Supplied And The Calculated Products Must Comply With The International Regulations Of The Wmo, Icao Annex 3 And Easa 2017/373. The Properties For Minimizing Maintenance Intervals And Maintenance Costs, Along With Maximizing The Transparency Of Ease Of Maintenance, Maintenance Conditions, As Well As Repair And Service Services, Are Of Great Importance To The Client. This Is A Prerequisite For Acceptance Of The System. The Delivery And Training Of The Systems Begins In The First Delivery Year With The First Deliveries From April 2027 And Must Be Completed In The Second Delivery Year With The Final Training Or Long-Term Tests By The End Of September 2028 At The Latest. These Dates Are Subject To A Penalty. The Place Of Performance Is The Airport Locations In Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg And Vienna. The Fulfillment Period Begins Immediately After The Contract Is Awarded. Optionally, Training Courses For Technical Staff Are To Be Offered Per Lot Original Vadium Per Lot In Paper Form No Later Than The Time The Offer Is Opened.
