The Subject Of The Award Is The Provision Of Consulting Services In The Fields Of Construction, Business Administration And Risk Management For The Development, Tendering, Awarding And Optionally The Implementation Of An Alliance Contract Model In The “4-Track Expansion Of Schaftenau – Radfeld Junction” Project. In Phase I, The Basic Service Includes The Technical Support Of The Tender And Award Phase For The Main Construction Lots T3.1 And T4.1, Including The Design Of The Alliance Contract, The Development Of Target Cost And Remuneration Models, Opportunity And Risk Management As Well As Support Of The Award Process. Options In Phase I Include Consulting Services For The Development Of An Alliance Contract Model For The Main Construction Lot T2.1 And In Phase Ii Consulting And Support Services During The Implementation Or Construction Phase Of The Main Construction Lots T2.1, T3.1 And T4.1 Planned.
