The Order Includes The Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase And The Subsequent Implementation Of Authors Supervision For Construction Construction Of A Sports Complex - A Sports Field And A Multi-Functional Sports Hall In Upi I - For Public Service And Sports, Quarter 93 Under The Current Pup Of The Village Of Banite-Oryakhovets In The Village Of Banite, Smolyan Region.​The Subject Of This Order Are The Following Activities:- Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase For Construction Construction Of A Sports Complex - A Sports Field And A Multifunctional Sports Hall In Upi I - For Public Service And Sports, Quarter 93 Under The Current Pup Of The Village Of Banite-Oryakhovets In The Village Of Banite, Smolyan District. - Preparation, Completion And Assistance In Submitting The Necessary Documents For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project Before The Competent Administrative Authorities, Operating Companies And Control Authorities. - Removal Of Remarks On The Project, When The Same Arise From Incompleteness, Errors, Inconsistencies Or Omissions In The Project Documentation, For Which The Contractor Is Responsible. - Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction In Accordance With Art. 162 Zut, The Contract For Public Procurement And The Applicable Regulations. - Providing Design Opinions, Prescriptions, Details, Explanations And Technical Solutions In Connection With The Exact Implementation Of The Approved Investment Project. - Preparation Of Executive Documentation Only In The Presence Of Changes, Deviations Or Circumstances During Construction, Which According To The Regulations Are Subject To Reflection, And Based On Data Provided By The Builder, Construction Supervision And The Contracting Authority.The Full Scope Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Procurement Are Detailed In The Terms Of Reference, Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.The Financing Of The Order Has Not Been Secured At The Time Of Opening The Procedure.The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Zop.
