In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works Within The Site: Repair And Reconstruction Of A Part Of 1St Street From The O.T. 47 To O.T. 51 Of Seltsi Village, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region, Including: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Bills Of Quantities;Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.An Investment Project Has Been Drawn Up, Coordinated And Approved For The Site, And Construction Permit No. 29 Dated 18.03.2025 Has Been Issued To The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Sadovo, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Fourth Category And Includes The Following Street: Repair And Reconstruction Of Part Of 1St Street From The O.T. 47 To O.T. 51 In Seltsi Village, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region
