The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out A Site Maintenance: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing Stadium, Parking And New Service Buildings In Upi Iv-Sports Field /Pi With Id 59032.501.1161/ And Pi With Id 59032.501.1555, Kv. 46, Village Parvenets, Community Rodopi - Stage Construction - Stage 2 And Stage 3 And Is Related To The Implementation Of Construction Activities (Smr) For The Implementation Of Stage 2 And Stage 3 - Construction Of A New Service Building And Stands, Parking Lots And Openwork Fence, Athletics Track For Running, New Combined Field, Including:- Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project And Bill Of Quantities;- Activities To Put The Site Into Operation;- Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.There Is An Approved Investment Project For The Site. Construction Is Third Category, According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letter C Of The Civil Code And Article 6, Paragraph 3, Item 4 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Construction.The Full Scope Of The Public Procurement Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
