The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is Engineering (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) For The Site: Major Repair Of A Martial Arts Hall And Warm Connection To A Sports Complex In The City Of Radnevothe Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities:- Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase;- Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of The Site According To The Approved Investment Project;- Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Site.The Investment Project Should Have A Scope According To Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Be Consistent With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021 For Determining The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities, As Well As With All Other Applicable Normative Acts.The Implementation Of The Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Includes The Actual Implementation Of The Planned Smr For The Site, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal.The Contractor Exercises Authors Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Perform Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Documentation For Participation In The Public Procurement.​​​​​​​
