The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction: Major Repair Of Street 17 And Street 22, Including Water Supply And Sanitary Sewer, Zhitnitsa Village, Dobrichka Municipality. The Object Is Included In Appendix No. 3 Of The Law On The State Budget Of The Republic Of Bulgaria (Zdbrb) For The Year 2025 For Financing Article 113 Of The Zdbrb For 2026 And Pms No. 103 Of 2026.The Construction Is Category Iii, According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letter B Of The Civil Code In Conjunction With Article 6, Paragraph 2, Item 8 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Construction.An Investment Project Has Been Approved By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Dobrichka And A Construction Permit No. 186 Dated 03.10.2025 Has Been Issued For Major Repair Of The Water Supply System Along Seventeenth And Twenty-Second Streets In The Village Of Zhitnitsa, Including Svo And Street Pavement, And The Construction Is Permitted In Two Stages.The Subject Of This Order Is All Permitted Construction - Major Repair Of Street Water Supply Incl. Svo And Rehabilitation Of The Street Surface (At Both Stages).All Activities Under This Order Are Performed In Compliance With And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulations On Territorial Planning, Environmental Protection, Waste Management, Occupational Safety, Fire Safety And All Rules And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Order.The Scope Of Work Includes At Least, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Obligations Of The Contractor Under This Public Procurement:• Preparation Of The Construction Site, Temporary Organization Of Traffic During Construction, Including An Information Sign, According To Art. 13 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works;• Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Manpower And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction;• Execution Of Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Approved Project, The Technical Specification And The Applicable Norms And Rules For This Type Of Activity, Incl. Related To Ensuring Safe And Healthy Working Conditions, Environmental Protection, Including The Prescriptions Of The Construction Supervision, The Designer /For The Applicable Objects/ And The Contracting Authority;• Acceptance Of The Executed Smr And Commissioning, Expressed In: Single And General Tests, Preparation And Delivery Of The Necessary Documentation For The Completed Construction And Executive Documentation, If Necessary;• Removal Of Defects Found During The Tests And Trial Operation, As Well As Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods;• Fulfillment Of All Requirements For The Contractors Activity According To The Applicable Regulations, This Specification And The Contract For The Implementation Of The Smr.• During The Warranty Period, All Defects (Hidden Or Not) Are Removed By The Contractor, Except For Those Caused By Exceptional Circumstances Or Those Caused By Bad Faith Operation.​​​​​​​
