The Purpose Of The Order Is The Construction Of Two Annexes - For A New Common Entrance Lobby And For An Elevator To Ensure Access For People In A Disadvantaged Position To The Administrative Buildings Of The Lyulin District - Capital Municipality In Upi Iv-For Municipality And Substation, Quarter 49, Lyulin District - 3 M.R. The Basis For Designing The Construction Is A Visa Issued On 05.02.2024 By The Chief Architect Of The Lyulin District - So, According To Which It Is Necessary To Prepare An Investment Project For The Construction Of An Extension For A New Common Lobby Attached To The Existing Buildings (South Of Them) And An Extension For An Elevator Serving The Four Floors Of The Administrative Building, Which Houses Part Of The Municipal Administration Of The Lyulin District - So And Offices Of The Nra, As Well As A One-Story Annex For Storage And A Garage Next To The Elevator.Considering The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Three Activities Are Distinguished In The Implementation Of The Same, Namely: Design, Implementation Of Smr, Provided In The Project And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction Implementation. The Contractor Performs All Activities, And Depending On The Activity He Performs, He Has The Capacity Of Designer, Builder Or Author Supervisor.
