The Purpose Of The Current Assignment Is To Select A Contractor - A Builder Within The Meaning Of The Territorial Planning Act (Lpa), With Whose Participation The Implementation Of An Infrastructure Project Will Be Realized: Reconstruction Of The Existing Internal Street Network Of The City Of Rila And Existing Water Supply (Networks) And Related Facilities On Oplchenska Street And Hristo Botev Street.Through The Realization Of The Object, The Aim Is To Improve The Transport And Communication Conditions In The Urban Environment, As Well As To Achieve High Operational Characteristics And Better Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Street Surface. Other Main Objectives Are: Providing Modern Conditions For Traffic Safety, Effective Drainage Of The Street Network And Creating An Aesthetic And Harmonious Urban Environment That Improves Communication And Service Of The Adjacent Administrative, Commercial And Residential Areas.Detailed And Accurate Information On The Scope Of The Assignment And The Requirements For Implementation Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specification And Approved Investment Project - Appendix
