Requirements To The Participants - The Quality Of The Services Provided By The Public Telecommunications Operator Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Provided For In Its Individual License, Respectively In The Permission To Carry Out Electronic Communications Through A Public Telecommunications Mobile Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard With National Coverage. The Provided Data Transfer And Mobile Internet Access Services Should Provide Coverage/Internet Access For 21 Users, And The Remote Barrier Activation Service - 1 Number. The Contractor Is Obliged To Guarantee Coverage For The Territory Of The Country, Including Forest Areas, Given The Nature Of The Work Of The Employers Employees. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Provided Services To Include The Possibility Of Conducting Calls/Voice Services.When Providing The Services, The Participants Should Secure The Following:Provision Of The Data Transfer And Mobile Internet Access Service Covering The Territory Of The Entire Country, Including Forest Areas;The Mobile Internet Access Service Must Include A Minimum Of 10,000 Mb /Megabytes/Month At Maximum Speed And An Unlimited Amount Of Data After Exhausting The Included Megabytes At Maximum Speed, Without Additional Payment;Remote Activation Of A Barrier /1 Pc./, Using The Mobile Phones Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority - The Contracting Authority Has A Device With A Control-Pass Mode (Barrier). Method Of Activation: A Sim Card Is Located In The Device, Which, When Dialing From Pre-Entered Phone Numbers Of The Employers Employees, Activates The Mechanism And Performs Its Control-Pass Functions.Free Provision Of A Duplicate Sim Card In Case Of Loss Or Destruction;Possibility To Transfer The Mobile Phone Numbers Of The Sim Cards Available To The Contracting Authority. The Costs Of Changing The Provider Are At The Expense Of The Participant;The Participant Designated As The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With A Detailed Invoice For The Services Used, Accompanied By A Tax Invoice, Free Of Charge.
