Rehabilitation Of Municipal Shed.The Object Of This Contract Is The Municipal Roof Rehabilitation Project. The Current Municipal Roof Is Intended For The Storage Of Potash And Snow Machinery. It Consists Of 1.45M High Reinforced Concrete Perimeter Retaining Walls Over Which There Is A Retractable Canvas Cover. The Floor Is Metallic And Is Very Damaged Due To Oxidation And The Roof Is Torn And Leaking. The Roof Has External Dimensions Of 5.23 X 5.58 M And An Internal Free Height Of 3.5 M. The Roof Is Gabled With A 30% Slope. In The Process Of Rehabilitating The Existing Roof, The Height Will Be Modified So That The Municipal Tractor And Its Equipment Can Access Its Interior. Dismantling Of The Canvas And The Existing Metal Structure Will Be Carried Out By Manual Means. The New Structure Will Be Made Up Of Steel Pillars And Beams. The Pillars Will Be Anchored To The Existing Concrete Wall Using Plates Anchored With Threaded Rods Or Corrugated Bars With Chemical Anchoring.
