Interior Renovation Of The Existing Changing Rooms Of The Perello Municipal Swimming Pool.The Present Contract Has As Its Object The Works Of The Project Interior Reform Of The Existing Changing Rooms Of The Municipal Swimming Pool Of Perello (Exp. 2026/1443), Drawn Up By The Technical Architect Carla Pallarès Mauri, Approved By Mayors Decree No. 2026-0000319, Dated 31.07.2026. Comprises Part Of The Building Of The Municipal Swimming Pool, Located On Consolidated Urban Ground And Qualified With Key E5, Sports Equipment, According To The Municipalitys Poum. In The Execution Of The Project, It Will Act On A Surface Of 148.94 M² Of Interior Distribution. The Project Defines The Comprehensive Renovation Work Of The Finishes, Sanitary, Equipment And Facilities Of The Changing Rooms, The Arrangement Of The Spaces, Interior Routes And Conditions Of Use, The Incorporation Of Accessible Showers And Hygienic Services, The Renovation Of The Pavement And Rainwater Collection, The Renovation Of Waterproofing, Coatings, Water And Sanitation Networks, The Replacement Of Carpentry And Lighting, And The Incorporation Of A Return System For Sanitary Hot Water.
