The Reason For This Tender Is The Proposed Realization Of A New Underground Parking Garage On The Morspoort Site (Project M Lots) In The Municipality Of Leiden. This Garage Must Replace The Current Parking Capacity And Meet The Parking Demand Of The Area Itself As Well As That Of The Surrounding Area And Visitors To The City Center. Work Is Also Underway On Two Other Projects, Namely The Tender For New Parking Systems In The Existing Five Parking Garages And The In-House Management Of The Charging Points In The Municipal Parking Garages. There Is Insufficient Specific Expertise Within The Mobility Department To Supervise The Complex And Long-Term Projects Mentioned, Which Means That External Specialist Support Is Necessary. Based On A Forecast Of The Assignment, The Assignment Value Is Estimated At Approximately €150,000 Per Year. The Total Estimated Contract Value For The Entire Contract, Based On The Maximum Term Of Eight (8) Years, Is €1,200,000.
